Place your order before 12pm Monday – Thursday and receive your order within three (3) to seven (7) working days (excludes Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays).
If your order is placed and accepted before 9pm Monday – Thursday, we aim to have your order delivered to your door within three (3) to seven (7) working days. Orders placed after 12pm will take an extra 24 hours to deliver (excludes Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays).
Working days are Monday to Friday. Orders are shipped from Greece

Returns and Refunds
You can request to return or exchange one or more items within 20 days of the delivery date. Shipping your return back is quick and easy with the pre-paid label included in the package.
In each case of product return, you are obliged to deliver in exactly the same condition as received, intact, in excellent condition, sealed, complete and without any damage. The packaging is that which normally accompanies the products and in excellent condition. We would ask that products are in separate packaging to protect them during transport to us. Should together with the returned products can be and all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. Identification Card, invoice, marketing material or any other promotional material, etc.).
